Now she is trying to contact HR dept of Satyam computer services, but she is unable to contact them.
Can she submitt her withdrawel form for PF by her own??

Dear Jaya,
In case she is working with a new employer the formality needs to be done at their end.
If she wants to withdraw PF - Form 13
If she want to tranfer PF - Form 19
She needs to fill in any one of those forms and submit to her current employer they will take it forward from there.

Dear Shveta,
There is one mistake by your end
for withdrawal of PF - form no 19 she must to submit to his previous employer and
if she want to transfer her PF - form no 13 she must submit to the current employer

PF amounts can be withdrawn without submitting the required forms, ie, Form 19 (for EPF and form 10 C (for Pension Fund), to the previous employer, ie, Satyam Computer Services, also. That is, you can send these forms directly to the EPF Office where your PF accounts are maintained after getting your signatures in the forms attested by the Manager of the Bank to which account the amounts are to be credited or by such other persons authorised in this regard such as Govt. Gazetted Officer, MP/ MLA etc.

dear jaya,
ask yr friend to fill the pf withdrawl form and get it signed by her employer. if they refuse to sign, then please get it signed by gazatted officer or bank banker and submit to concerned pf office and they will clear the amount with your bank (you have to give the current bank account no. to PF office). this is for yr kind informnation please,

I am currently working for a company and if I plan to leave my current company ...is there any way my old company take money from my pf account ??? pls let me know.

Your PF account is yours only and nobody can take any amount from it. Even no court can attach the amount available in the PF A/C. Regards, Madhu.T.K
