You must be agree that we the HR are only person who is relatively more close to employees than others in the organisation. So we may know their problems that they are facing in the organisation. BTW here is some tips that can be followed for the same:
1. We should try to pay them on time.
2. Motivate them with welfare activities like arrangements of entertainment during leisure hour.
3. Celebrate their B'Day and try to give B'day card to them with all the wishes.
4. Take care of their medical cards and status of PF through distribution of PF slips
5. On time distribution of payslips to let them aware with the details of their salary that they have got
6. Arrangement of some sports activities on weekend with prize distribution
7. You can implement the Employee of the Month award over there, with help of seniors. And give a certificate and if possible a Momento to that employee
8. Give some gifts on their anniversary, marriages and other functions from the company side.
9. Interact with them as much as possible and try to solve out their grievance at earliest if any.
10. Be polite with all of them
