now that the recession habbit is continued forever - less pay - more working hours - in addition to which we are tied up in a bond,strange an unusual working rules, notice period, so many things which we cannot even explain to others nor try to convince ourselves, employees are just not in a situation to do anything and me being a 22 yr old girl,experienced in various work specific things, i dono where m landing,my future is at toss is what i feel n pitty myself

Being a HR I personally feel this creates always a homesickness if you ever indulge your family in such answers, so never give such weak answers.

YOu should simply say what suits you, if you are comfortable sitting late which many people are habitual now, you say yes, if not then tell them you can do this once in a while if the work load is heavy,but not regulary.
