Hi Everyone,
Greetings!!!
I am looking for effective employee engagement activities from last few weeks in CITE HR,and read almost every post related to it and got so many ideas like, picnic, movies, cricket, meeting with Sr.Management, games,Awards and Recognition, birthdays and anniversary celebrations, etc, however, my main concern is that in my organization, even if i will plan all above mentioned things, they will not interact and even they will not come up,we have to pull them up and ask them one by one to participate.
They are very introvert kind of audience and among 50,only few are interactive.
In such cases, what we can do to make the environment interactive and what effective/innovative we can plan so that they will engage themselves in large volume.
Sometimes, i feel helpless as if our audience /employee pool is like this, what we can do from our side.
Please suggest.
I am working as Sr. HR in a Hydro Power Company.
