Dear all,
According to Factories Act 1948, we have 37 forms to be maintained. Please explain to me whether all the 37 forms are to be maintained at factory or we shall maintain what is relevant for us.

Dear All,
This is a general query by many HR officials and Labour Dept whether all statutory compliance are mandatory or not?
The answer shown in the preface of Factory Act that the said Act is applicable on all types of industries that can be called 'FACTORY' and type of working also important i.e. whether working by contract labour/ female/ below 18 or nature of work either hazardous / or not. By this way we can understand what should be mandatory or not.
