I'm new to this group n i'm liitle bit confuse on how to use this. But still i want ur suggestion on some matters.
I'm working as a HR-Co-ordinator in a company and this is very small company. I am the only person in HR Department.
But the problem is not this, I want to redefine our salary break-up so that employee gets maximum tax rebate without any extra burden on employer.
our current salary structure is like this
Basic Salary
HRA
Tansport Allowance
Others
PF
but employees are not satisfied with this structur. as they say there may be a better way to get max tax rebate by restructuring salary break-up's
Please help me out if you have any suggestion for this

Probably you can add components like:
conveyance allow (tax free upto rs.800 per month)
Reimbursements with actual bills:
Medical bills
Books & Periodicals
Uniform maitenance allowance
and so on
