Can someone advise what the contents / entitlements for a typical Leave Policy for (1) private company employer (2) public company employer (3) government employer. Is there any difference between the 3 organisations. Could anyone attach a typical Leave Policy. I am based in Pune and would to create a Policy for a private company based there.
