Thanks a ton for this lovely presentation. I need a small information regarding the performance measurement index. I work in a software development company and basically, we are dividing the salary into 2 components fixed and variable.The variable component we are planning to disburse on a monthly basis based on the targets.
I need to understand how should i develop measures, what should be the indicators and what methodlogy should i use for mapping the measures to the generic perfomance?
