I have completed MBA-HR from sikkim manipal university and now searching for job.
but i feeling there is no value of this degree because it is distance education.
I have tried in many big organisation but they demand for regular mba degree.
Now what can id do for upgrade my self ? Is there no value for this degree?

The question has to little more clear and concise. You have never mentioned whether you have work experience as you have told that you have been doing this as a part time. If you have experience then which industry were you working with and what were you designated as ?

sir i have work experience in construction company for two year as asst. P&A officer, but there is no work for hr personal. i have done general accounting and administration work in company.
