Dear Seniors,
Kindly enlighten me on this issue. I am resigning from my job after serving for 18 months. LTA which is a component in my CTC, has not been claimed by me in this last 18 months. Would this be paid to me by my company in my F&F settlement after deduction of applicable taxes? What does the rules state? If anybody know about the rules regarding this or if anyone has come across such situation, kindly update me regarding this. Thank You.
