Can any one post ppts on housekeeping for training of office boys in offices, it may be English ppts / Hindi ppts / Telugu ppts. Most offices will have office boys of local area and less literate. Therefore, preferably in local languages i.e. Hindi / Telugu ppts.

It will be difficult to train with PPTs for office boys and house keeping guys. The most critical area is house keeping in office and meeting the requirements of senior level people wrt to service levels hence I suggest you to identify a good house keeping in-charge and deploy. The best option will be from either from hotel industry / hospitals as there they need high level house keeping as there will be lot of foot falls and the expectation of the customers will be very high. Other solution for your issue is redeploy the existing office boys on to some other activitieis and out source the entire activity.

I m working in a Hospital. Regarding training of HK I have employed educated HK Supervisors, all I have to do is train these supervisors and they train lower level staff. Training them through ppt is a lengthy process and is not so effective also.
