Hi,
You need to fill up Form 10C and Form 19, of the Provident Fund, along with pasted revenue stamps in advanced receipt section.
You are also required to give a xerox copy of your bank statement for direct credit of the PF money.
After this you need to send the above mentioned forms to your past employer , where they will certify and the forms to Regional Provident Fund office for withdrawal.
Generally it takes around 1-2 months for direct credit.
Other group members please correct me , if I am wrong.

Dear Praveena,
This is Madhav and I have seen your conversation and I would like you to suggest that plz check that amount with the PF office that particular amount got transfered or not, if not you can raise a request to stop for transfering and u can withdraw that amount. If transfered you have to raise a request to withdraw that amt and your present employer has to approve or you can avail load facility on PF also.

Hi Madhav,
I enquired with the PF office they told me that u need to enquire in ur new office & we cannot tell u. when i enquired in my new organisation, they told the transfer is in process & will take time.
I want to know can i withdraw the whole amt in the present organisation after the transfer?
if i want to avail loan how miuch can i get? is it like 100% r 75% etc?
Pls let me know for what all purposes can i avail loans?Actually it is better for me to withdraw the whole amt to utilise it fully instead of part by part.

Hi Madhav,
I have gone through the contents of your conversation & found that first you have kept in dark with your present employer while filling form at the time of joining i.e. is Form 11, in which we have to clearly state that the this is my past employers (P.F. number & its juridication fall in which division )& I want to transfer the amount in my current establishment. After that the Employer process your request for transfer of funds with the Provident Fund Deptt. Once you have applied for transfer you can not withdraw the P.F. Thransfer of funds only take 1-2 months time, after your total service of 7 years you can avail Loan facilty (Home Loan). etc. You directly approach the P.F.Deptt with the Acknowledged copy of Transfer form. & apply for Loan.

Hi Praveena
When did u submit the Form13 for transfer, If it getting delayed then ask with PRO of your PF office. I believe your PF office will be near Richmond Circle, Just enquire the status. If it is not under process then explain about the same with your previous employer and submit From10 & Form 19. Now a days the claims are getting delayed as it takes even more than 2 months. In Bangalore itself there are 4 PF offices based on the geographical locations the office location changes.
