If somebody leaves existing job and is searching another job, what are the various reasons of leaving previous company he can give to convince HR or company management while interview?

I would recommend to say whatever is true. What you wrote in the resignation letter to the previous company same reason should be mentioned in the interview. Do not think of making an impression with the reason, there are other means to impress interviewer, such as command over language, presentation skills, dress up, body language, knowledge and skills...and knowledge about the company, its products, business, latest news etc.
so go ahead and fae interview with all the truth...

Its very difficult even to assume which reason or words impress any body bcoz every person born with different attitude and behavior...
If i would at your place i would have follow Archana's word's....
What she is saying is absolutely correct be true to respective hiring person.
