I am doing my MBA Final Sem Project in an IT company ...
The company does not have a HR policy as of now. So i request you all to suggest me what should be the contents in the Hr Policy while framing the new policy So that i can recommend it to company .
Kindly list out the various Policy that come under the Hr policy in a points if u can.
Also if u can please send a copy of your company's Hr Policy
I will be really greateful if u could provide me with information as soon as possible.

You may refer the documents as contributed by our members. These documents are in used by the companies. This would offer you the pattern followed in their respective industry. You may take it as a point of reference while you design the policies for your firm.

Here's my suggestions for to consider:
- Please note all the requirements of the company that you have noticed so far.
- Study a pattern for policies followed by the companies in your sector.
- Note the statutory requirements to be maintained by your firm.
- Identify the similarities maintained in the policies designed.
- Collect the requirement by your company from your reporting authorities. Cover areas such as how much benefits, such as leaves and holidays, worktime and weekly offs, can be allowed by the company,
- Identify the requirement by your employees. Find out how best can their needs be met within the bandwidth that you have in your company.
- Design the policies on all these thought processes and logics that you arrive at.
