My name is Prachi Srivastava & i m a management student specialising in HR from Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore. My course will get over in june 2007 n now i m working on my dessertation work wherein my topic is to study the attrition in bpo n propose a retention model for the same.
i need to collect data from employees who are presently working in bpo...now the help that i require from you people out there is that i am totally clueless in how to prepare a questionnaires for data collection. so please guys do send me some sample questionnaires if possible. and also i need help in getting these quietionnares filled...

-1- Questionnnaire for persons who have stayed back in BPO for more than a specified amount of time
-2- Another for those who left within less than expected time frame
Based on these two types of data you can discover reasons and may be evolve a policy to take care of both the groups
As regards ready to eat questionnaire, sorry,you have to search the net

U can prepare questionnaire based on parameters such as
1.Ques bout salary(u can specify as compensation)
2.Ques bout work pressure.
3.Ques bout flexhible work system.
4.Ques bout any any refreshment facilities available in the co.
5.Ques bout travelling facilities given by the co.
6.Ques bout Motivation given by team leaders of tne Emp.
7.Ques bout trng given at the time of induction.
8.Ques bout infra facilities avaiable in the co.
9.Ques bout satisfaction level of the emp
10.finally suggestions to improve the current situation.
U can use Open ended ques for easy undersatanding of employees..If any help ill ask my frnds..
