:lol: this is the problem m facing for the last two months,,U need to act smartly,n convey it to the employees in such a manner that the message is conveyed to them and even ur image is not affected..but if u are talking of the salary delay for all including u even,then u need to talk to the management

Many people working in organizations experience this problem. This will be on account of the bad financial management of the owners/proprietors. they just go on using their cash for expansion or for personal work with the blind beleif that another amount of cash will be recieved before the month end.
Some times they fail to collect their receivables and fail to pay salaries intime.
For this problem the employees must meet the management and impress upon them that money is required from 1st day of the month to pay their obligations like rent, electricity bill school fee etc.,
Any way it is upto the management people to take steps to rectify these delays.
