Current rate is Rs. 10000 or less(Basic+DA.HRA +other earnings) salary. 1.75% from employee side and 4.75% from employer side. Best Regards Sajid Ansari

In present scenario If a employe salary is upto Rs.10000.00 then he is eligible for ESIC contribution. 1.75% will be deducted from his salary and 4.75% will be contributed from employer.
