We are planning to conduct a business quiz in our college and I have been given the responsibility to organize it. We are also inviting students from other colleges as well to participate in the quiz.
PLs help me by giving ideas to make this program successful. I am not having a clear idea about the number of rounds to be conducted, and how to keep a difference between the rounds...........etc. pls give me some ideas ASAP

ok conduct quiz in 5 to 6 levels.
First step is Written aptitude/Quiz.
in this step, include all generalized questionnaires and then the current affairs.But see to it that it should be 20-30-50 principle. i.e 20 should be tough 30 should be average and 50 should be easily identifiable.Although this is not hard and fast rule.Its just a basic thing.
Once the short listed candidate from written test.make group of 5 or 4 members in a group.And then the actual business quiz starts.
Second Step
LEVEL 1. Multiple choice question ; No passing of questions. No negative marking..
You can ask questions indicating Economics,Markets,...etc...etc
LEVEL 2. LOGO identification .- Get some logos which are not easily identifiable..Passing is there; no multiple choice; Negative marking is there.
LEVEL 3. Tag line identification - Get some amazing taglines from google and ask each team to answer it.This should be a slightly tougher one.Passing is there ; no multiple choice; Negative marking is there.Scores can be +10 and -5 for negative.
LEVEL 4. Guess the Quotes from Corporates like Mr.NRN, Azim premzi, Kiran mazumdar shaw...etc....etc...Negative can be there or no negative..
LEVEL 5. RAPID FIRE ROUND ... 90seconds.
5 questions per team.
Example :
1. Who is the present chariman of TATA Motors?
2. Who wrote the book called "White tiger"?
3. Expand BMW.
4. What conveys in the TV ad of "IDBI bank"?
5. Which was the recent car launched by TOYOTA?
This is just a basic format what i have given.Eachone them may have their own tastes.
