Dear member,
A person drawing pension presuming attained age of 58 years and still continued with same employer can contribute to the PF. However no contribution will be diverted to pension contribution.
Secondly if a person drawing pension and/or age above 58 years joining with new employer then in that event new employer is under no obligation to deduct his PF as his status with new employe ris excluded employee as defined under para 2(f) of the PF Scheme.
