i am working with a company as analyst. at the time of joining my company have not given me appointment letter even now and one day they have taken my singn on appointment letter with a bond paper written on letter had of the company. and i could not understand it that it was agreement for two years. but i want to change the job .
i simply want to know that is this kind of agreement is valid for legal precedings which is on letter head of the company not on legal stamp paper.
