Dear All,
Can anybody please let me know their salary chart containing designations and grading for engineering sector.We would like to redesign our salary structure but before this I need to find out what ITIs, Engineers Mechanical/ Civil/Electrical employees are getting at present in another companies keeping in mind Fresher, 1 - 2yr, 3-5yrs, 5-7yrs, 8-10yrs experience level.
Would request your response on the same.

I went through the whole post and tried to save as the Salary guide numerous time, but its giving the error. It says, "There was an error in opening the document. The file is demaged and could not be repaired." Is there any way, by which I can find out this.
