good post. sorry to have missed out on commenting.

guess what comes with confidence like the article said is you can share the space with anyone and still hold on to your own.

I would go a step further and say this - whenever I have had better guys working with me, I never felt jealous and still don't. my aim was to work with them and learn how they were performing in such a manner.

remember in Shiv Khera's "You can Win" there was this story "Do you Sharpen your Axe"

the thing with life and job is its never ending, it's ongoing. As in Kaizen, "Continual Improvement"

we read your posts (atleast I do) and generally, if I have read it already or posted already, I don't comment (or give any nasty). where I read for the first time or find it refreshing to read a post, I definitely give my views

my only suggestion to you and all our friends who post is this - don't stop posting because no one is commenting. Its like this "The sun shines and does not wait and watch over if we acknowledge its presence"
