YOu are right in Saying that life insurance companies are coming up like rapid fire... the main challenge in this Industry does not remain till Hiring.. it goes on till employee Retention as well. For specifics in Hiring
i can put it this way :
1. Recruitment in the rural areas- places where the urban set up is not around.
2. Hiring the right kind of Employees.
3. Someone to manage the entire Recruitment process. The organisations now would want to leave the setting up of the Branch onto a consultant which is the toughest area for them to recruit and allow them to work as co-owners and set up the entire Branch. :-)
