some inputs from my end
a. Level wise compensation benefits - this is the major concern, where employee should aware of the comp & benefits of his roles. awareness of Mediclaim facility if applicable (always there is changes in the mediclaim org to org), Loan subsidiary benefits
b. Changes in his Employment Agreement i.e. notice period, responsibility, confidentiality etc
c. His contribution to the management from his role
