Hi All,
I have signed the training bond of 2 Lacks in a MNC .As per the training bond in very first line :
"on joining organization , you will undergo a mandatory training that will ensure that develop the required competency to do the assigned work on completion of this training”.(which is NOT on stamp paper )
But they did not provided any training , I'm billable after a month .
Now I resigned , So they come-up with training bond .
my HR says "on the job training " is part of training . So I have to pay 1.5 Lacks .My bond will expire within in two month .
So , please let me know is it legal .
what are the options I have ?
I requested them to make the bond amount to "prorate basis" and I'm serving the two months notice period as well ..
please do needful.
