Dear Ms.Deepa,
"Effects of Commuting Stress on your daily work" could be a topic for you and if you are in Mumbai you may do some research to find out the results of using Bandra-worli sea link on the commuting stress of suburban people travelling to south mumbai daily for their work. How they felt before and how they feel now.Has it affected their productivity at work yielding better results, better relationships, better client ties etc.
This can also be a useful paper to gauge the Effectiveness of this new structure.
And its all easy- you just have to intreview them at the TOLL junction, of course after taking proper permission from the concerned authority.
All The Best !
regards

I forgot to add - this is to find out if they could MANAGE their earlier commuting STRESS by using BWSL?
Who knows, if ur paper is exceptional it may be lauded and used by other Indian states & other countries to manage their traffic and to increase their own work efficiency.
It could also save you the boredome of choosing routine OB topics-staying in the closetted workplace and talking to only a particular group of people by choosing a diff. topic-by being in the open nature, with Arabian Sea for company and by getting a chance to interact with a cross section of mumbai gliterratti from varied work cultures.
In case if you do choose this topic, I offer you all my Help, as a Police Doctor, in getting you the permission.
