Kindly help and answer my query. I was tired of filling the ESI challan one by one. So I downloaded the challans from cite hr so that if one is filled the other three gets automatically filled. Now my boss is telling me that the ESI challan should have the ESI LOGO in the top corner or else it will not be accepted.Is it true that LOGO should be there?
Please reply so that I can send it to the Bank today.

Hi friends, No one answered, however I submitted the downloaded challan without logo. Bank accepted it. This is for those who might have similar query.

Your query is correct.ESIC Challan formats are different types according to the dispensary(Very Few regions have other formats)
If u visit ESIC website u will be having latest formats available with logo.

LOGO is not required on challan. Bank & ESI office accept it without LOGO. If your boss is not agree with u, u can download it from ESIC site, scan the document where logo is available, cut only LOGO from where & paste on ur ESI challan. I hope u will find it & ur boss also will agree.
