Hi buddies, I have been assigned the task of evaluating the police training in Sudan. Can anyone help me in formulating questionaires and forms for the evaluation of training.

See, I dont have much idea.
But I can suggest you some points, regarding general training evaluation.
You can include such questions like, type of training i.e. classroom training, or practical training., training arrangements...
then, duration of training, you can frame such questions on training equipments which were used during training. Ask about the trainer- about his behaviour, his method, his coordination, motivational advices...... how much he is sticky with his rules and regulatio during training...
how were other participants??
how many of them were effective???
Go through these general questions... May be you will get better options....

thnx for the prompt response. Simhan, My assignment is to evaluate the training that is being imparted by UNPOL to the locan Sudanese police so that new strategies, if need be, are formulated. I will also have to conduct the impact analysis of the various police trainings being imparted by UN POLICE. The trainings include the theoratical part as well as practical and field training. I would like to have some questionnaire format as per the Kirkpatrick model if possible. Kindly let me know ur mail id. I will send you the details
