Implementation tips are a lot.
1. Collect some materials reg 5S from the internet.
2.Make a meeting with all dept staff.
3.Ask them to prepare a checklist for a particular area. Dont leave any area.
4. Assign responsibilty for completing the work as per checklist.
5.Review once in a week.
