its a good ppt.
It reminds me of losing fingers in the stamping industry where the switch is leg operated and while bending forward to remove the stamped piece from the die, the worker invariably puts pressure on the leg which presses the switch and before saying Hey presto! the worker would have lost his fingers.similar instances happen while cutting paper rolls, wood planks etc.
This ought to be circulated amongst all mfg units.
