This is to bring your notice that the company
Novire Technologies situated
at Mahpe Navi Mumbai has to be blacklisted in HR. the incident happen
with me is with company is I have been selected as PL/Sql developer on
27-Jul-2009 as per they have send me an appointment letter i have resign
from current position on the same day informing this comany that it will
take 1 month to join your company same i have committed at the time of
interview. in between this time company lost their project and the
management of the company decided to stop hiring me.but the compay
did feel important to call me and inform that we are not hiring you and on
26-Jul-2009 i had called up to the hr and ask that i am joining on
28-Aug-2009 the answer from hr that we are stopped hiring you and other
answer was we did not had your number so we did not call you so i have
taken resign back from my current company.i have evidence of
appointment letter please blacklist the company in HR hiring. please
provide me the information to do so as i have evidence with me

Did you cehck with higher authority about the reason and Pl check also this is fault of HR or other Dept.
This is very bad ... and i feel its better you may do one thing.. Map all type of Industries from where are are hiring people and send this mail to each and every body forwading that not to join this company .... and ask everybody to send CC to email id mentiond on Job protal.. even you can forward this mail ti their client hr and sales office.. so that they aslo get to know client commitment and policy.
Also mention this in orkut , Linkdine , and all you freind and ask them to forwards all your freinds and ask everybody to mark cc to company hr.
This may get their reputation to known to everybody and no one can take this type of decision.
You may send SCAN COPY OF YOUR OFFER letter for proof.
Suggestion is provided subject to purely your decision.
I have done this to BSNL and got positive result.

which i can mail to all it consultant through out india who are hiring
employee so that the company can directly blacklisted on the same

so this should not happen with any other
