I do have some suggestions to make. Have made certain suggestion in a different font color in the attached presentation and also suggested some pages that you could visit for ROI calculation.

Its good as per me but there are few suggestions regarding the format,
- pick up one font size/font type and color code for Heading/Titles.
- one font size/font type and color code for the message
- Similar Background.
The best would be to use master template and define your formats.
One more thing, cite some examples for benefits of Training.
