Hi, i need to work out a training modules for your sales department, they need to know all the productes, processes, procedures, systems. I need to write objectives for each mondel and a outcome, if their is someone out their with something like this will you please help me.

Hiii Janaitak,
First need to have a NEEDS-ASSESSMENT ,what are the present goals and present skills and what are the future goals and required skill for them .Accordingly u can prepare the content of the training program and them build up slides on that .
How ever i am attaching a ppt for A induction program i had conducted for a small organization, focus and objective was different but still u can take a clue from this.
