I would like to have your ideas on Employee Engagement Activities on 15th August. It may be a game, fun activity, or anything that would create a good atmosphere at work.

Hi Priyanka,
To start with, you could have a theme dressing on that day (Colors of National Flag) and keep a best-dressed male & female award. You could also have some competitions like cubicle decoration, collage making, painting competition. Have somebody from your organization play music relating to the ID theme or could simply do a movie screening on a projector at your cafeteria with good snacks.
Also, it would be a nice idea if you could arrange for small flags at everybody's desk before they come to the office in the morning. :)
