WE are a trading firm having 150 employees . Most of them are unskilled level and we wish to educate them on Health, hygiene,
good habits, etc. Can any one help me in this context , how to make it understandable , thru safety & health pictures etc. thanks in advance

U have to take Photos of ur Employees and prepare a Presentation on Do,s and dont,s and display it at prominient places.
U can create awarness on healthy life style - Importance of Exercice, hand washing effects of Smonking and Alchol, HIV awarness , Cardio vascular disease, balanced diet and sleeping, stress and relaxation.
Create a group of trainers among the workers and ask them to Handle,Put -Up a wall magzine and displays on health and safety issues
Organise First-Aid Thro St Johns, and involove the Block health Educator if available in ur State Health Services

You can take help of HSE consultant (baroda, chandigarh). They take photographs and make film/presenation of those area where workers do the mistack / unsafe condition/ unsafe act etc. Those visual help understand situation and correct mistacks.

Mere working of four years with a contractor as contract labour does not entitled him to have benefit of regular workman.
