Hi Anonymous,
I'm not sure how this portal will be able to assist you in getting your PF a/c number. However, let me try:
1. If you have access to your previous payslip(s), try looking for your PF Account number on it.
2. Call up the HR department and ask for your PF Account number and provide your Employee ID to them for reference.
3. If you are unable to get hold of them over the phone and you live in Delhi NCR, visit the office yourself and meet the HR representative for your answer.

Mr.Neeraj has replied correctly. You have to contact the HR Deptt of your ex-employer to get your P.F A/c No, in case it is not traceable from the records available with you. Regards, Sivadasan
