I suggest you read quality books like good to great, managing radical change, and others. Culture is an intangible and one needs to have a bottoms up appraoch rather than otherwise. Regards Sonali

Some wise person said: "Culture is not a part of company, It is company it's self". Where as it is not a really easy task to do so, It must be rooted by the founder with his vision. For the betterment:
1. Company culture starts with login of a employee, Punctuality? Wishing the employees? communication? emailing? standing for other shoulders? and so on......!
