Dear All,
i have one query about final settlement.
When employee quits job with one month notice, while that one month notice period to be consider in his final settlement or not?
i.e for the calcullation for the final settlement date of release has to considered or date of resignation is to be taken in to account.
pls clarify.

As soon as the employee gives his resignation letter. The HR Stops his salary. Incase if the employee serves notice period, we will be including the same in the final settlement.

dear it is date of release which will be considered for resignation as he has worked upto that date. tks js malik
