I have one clarification for what is the HRIS and what is the purpose for HRIS? Pls let you brief description because I’m interested in this topic but nobody didn’t explain so I’m asking this question?

Though there are a number of definitions. HRIS is Human Resources Information System. HRIS is implemented in the form of Software within a company to help manage applicant data, employee data, job data and more with primary goals including saving HR time and improving operational efficiency.
HRIS systems vary greatly depending on the size and budget of an organization. This is just a VERY VERY brief intro into what an HRIS is and can be explored much further.
