The distance of your company and ESIC local office has nothing to do. You have to visit it at the time of filing of returns. thatz it. It is the locality of your employees and their ESI dispensary that you are to allot at the time of issuing ESIC card. Find out the chart from your local office as to the dispensaries available in your city. Hope this is the doubt you had.

Hello, The allocation of the dispensary depends upon the address you mention when filling up the ESI form. Accordingly, the nearest dispensary is allotted. Hope that solves your query.

basic, hra, conveyance, special allowance, PF,LTA, Medical, Incetive,Gratuity, Medical Insurance++++.
ESI Contrubution will be calculated on Gross salary only, gross salary means all the total earnings as per his working days in the current month.
gross salary=Basic+vda+hra+conveyance+any special alowance only
for calculating the ESI, the Gross salary will be treated all components, if the total earnings are 10000 and below 10000 then staff / worker covered under esi, if his gross salary more than 10000 esi will not be applicable.
2). IF staff covered under ESI, then over time and Incentives also we have deduct esi conturbution.

Better u go through the ESIC Laws and rules,where the definition of earning and wage is given.There is no question of CTC coming into picture for the applicability and deduction of contribution.

ESIC on Leave Encashment - Is ESIC deductable on Leave Encashment?......I believe no, as ESIC is deducted on Gross and Leave Enchmt comes in CTC....pls advise.
ESIC on Overtime - The book on Labour Law specifies the term "Wages" for ESIC is excluding overtime.....that means ESIC is not deducted on overtime...pls clarify if I m wrong.
