Hi DSV,
I recently read n excellent "how to" book on Training & Development.
Infact I am still on with it..its so lovely that I really don't feel like giving it back to the library but I have to.:-(
The book is "everything You ever needed to know about Training"
http://
<a href="http://books....ning
By Kaye Thorne, David Mackey
This above link will take you to the Table of contents. Just peep into it.
The authors Thorne & Mackey have done a really good job.
Check this book out. Its excellent no nonsense. It gives you the thought process as well as basic tools to get you started like forms, questionnaires etc.
Give it a try.
Best Wishes
Nad
