As we all know and have accepted the reccession and down turn in the market today, we still have competitions and technologies growing. In this regard, I am trying to seek all your help in understanding different ways of sourcing candidates under US staffing.
Apart from dependencies on Job portals and consultants are there any other way we can look into? Kindly help me with your experiences and suggestions which helps me in my new assignment in US staffing.
