Any one having information on how to implement a change in any prevailing salary structure post FBT
How is FBT going to impact issues like:
1. Car
2. Fuel
3. Telephone (residence and office)
4. CLA etc.

This is a bit of undefined area .
Even the tax experts have more than one interpretation.
There has been more than 2 changes since it was first published
as part of the BUDGET PAPERS.
IT industries [ export oriented] have been given few special treatments.
My suggestions is
-discuss with local tax expert [ EXTERNAL VIEW]
-discuss with company accountant, regarding corporate policies
on this matter. [ INTERNAL VIEW ]
Then review the HR policies regarding C&B package.
