- What are the mandatory components to be included in the salary structure?
- What are the components that are/can be incorporated in the salary strucutre for the tax benefit of the employees?
- What categories are the components classified into?
- Can the employer contribution towards PF, ESI and Gratuity etc be shown in the CTC?
- What should be the % split up of the components as per law?

- What is Net Salary? - Salary after Deductions.
- What are the mandatory components to be included in the salary structure? - BAsic, HRA, Conveyance, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus.
- What are the components that are/can be incorporated in the salary strucutre for the tax benefit of the employees? - Basic, HRA, all others reimbursement parts.
- What categories are the components classified into? - All above noted parts
- Can the employer contribution towards PF, ESI and Gratuity etc be shown in the CTC? - Yes.
- What should be the % split up of the components as per law? - No Hard & Fast Law.
