Dear Seniors,
One of my colleagues was not well & been hospitalized for approx one week due to his illness.
As my company already has his insurance, I request him to submit all necessary documents to me & I will submit it to Insurance company and get it reimburse on behalf of him.
Now Insurance company is on the way to get that reimbursed but they needs one certificate from me called as Leave certificate.
I dont know how to make leave certificate, please help.
