Minimum wages differ as per the industry, positions and zone in which the company is situated.
The minimum wages book of the respective state is available in hard copy with sitaraman and co book sellers in TN-( please contact the respective law and related book sellers in your state).
There will be a revision every year during first april on the rates/ DA applicable.

Dear Praveen,
We would like to inform you that Labour Department, Haryana vide their letter No.46598-47058 dated 24.10.2008 have intimated the field functionaries that there is an increase of 34 points in Consumer Price Index resulting thereby a increase of Rs.78.54 in the existing minimum rates of wages w.e.f July, 2008.Thus minimum rates of wages in different categories in all the schedule employments in Haryana have become as under:-
