I am working in a Ltd Co., where ISO 9001-2004 is implemented since so many years. Could u pls tell me the major difference between these two. i.e. what are the major changes in this new version

Hi,
Pls share it in CITEHR, why on personal ID's.
if one person gives u his/her personal email id, that's a troublesome for u, becos u would get like this lot of email ids, it wud become difficult for u to send the details to everybody's emails id.
If it is pasted or written or mentioned in CITEHR that is beneficial for all.
