Hi Ravi,
Please explain what do you mean by "i need to introduce four training methods in my company"? Does it mean that the company is focusing on the methods alone and their count?
What do we want to achieve from the training activity? Next, what is the current accpetance level of training funciton in the organization? The level of training maturity and all of these factors then help you identify the right training method.
Some methods outlined below:
1. Traditional Classroom training sessions, also supported by AudioVisual based training
2. Activity based trainings done by giving project work
3. Assessment method
4. Company Intranet / information site
5. Company Helpdesk
6. eLearning
7. Blended form of learning
8. Educational Gaming
9. Role Playing
10. Case Scenarios
I have set up training function in a few organizations. A bit of internal review needs to be done.
Please feel free to contact me at or here.
Cheers... I will be glad to help.

Dear Ravi Sunil,

"I am not bothered about colour of the cat as long as it catches mice" - Mao Tse Tung

Instead of concentrating on methods my dear friend, please concentrate on the results. One of the training companies had put on display the following cases of their training. See how they had made training outcome a tangible one:

Case Study 1
Organisation Profile: One of the top 5 Third Party International Contact Center – Chennai, India
Mandate: Improve operations quality and efficiencies for 5 identified International accounts to be measurable in tangible dollar savings.
Result: For the 5 accounts delivered an average of 22% cost savings besides significant increase in end customer satisfaction.
Case Study 2
Organisation Profile: Leading Telecom Services Provider
Mandate: To enhance the skills & knowledge of the vendor management team and streamline organization's vendor management program.
Result: Post training delivery for the entire team of 30 plus vendor managers 25 got TCCS certification. Jointly carried four key projects on Quality – CSAT & Call Quality, Vendor SLAs, Workforce Management, Process standardization.
Case Study 3
Organisation Profile: One of the top 3 Third Party International Contact Center – Delhi, India
Mandate: To improve the efficiency in forecasting & scheduling
Result: Trained and certified a team of 20 on TCCS – WFM advance program. Brought about approx. 12% average savings across all process
There are few additional such cases also. You too can do something similar. Once you concentrate on the results, methods become irrelevant.
