If some one have the notification or any definition, in which we can see that Provident fund is not applicable on HRA [House rent Allowance], but minimum wages has define that we can bifurcate the minimum in basic and HRA, but we have to pay the provident fund on both means on Minimum wage. If some one find my point is ok then please mail me to undersigned.
