Hi Subrat,
If there is any exit interview happened before you could come out of the Company and if at all you have quoted the reason as the problem is with HR , I doubt if they could take you back. If you have really good relations with the managers there in that Company, chances are there wherein they can take you.
You can talk to your reporting manager how keen he is taking you back ...based on his feedback you can go ahead...

Hi,
You can approach personally to any of the hiring authority and you ex immediate supervisor for rehiring process. Your joining depends on how you had left the organisation and what was the ground created at that time.
I shall advice to try for an another company where you can have a bious free environment. joining in the same organisation may not give you the work satisfaction, it can only be there provided the people with you are so much supportive and understanding.
Think of a situation from all the aspects possible and take your own dicision.

if your exit was clean i mean there were no fights or drama created @ exit then go ahead (since you need it) why take tensions..but make sure that again you do nt land to same era which made u resign at the begining..

Hi Subrat
I feel that once you resign from the organisation on good or bad note, as far as possible you should not join the same organisation again, as far as possible try lookin for another job, joining your current organisation keep it as a last option,Coz they have not layed you off, you have resigned, so in order to protect and safeguard your dignity and self respect, try avoide joining them again, coz it should not happen that tomorrow if your hiring manager, casually says that he has done a favour over you by rehiring you, you would be speechlees....if thats okay with you then....you can surely join the same organisation....approach the hiring manager by writing an email, call him the next day...take his appoitment and meet him...if feel that these steps would be a professional enough then to directely calling him, or stopping by to meet him......still see how you feel.......
Vrocks....:-P

Hi,
I would suggest not to join the same organisation. Due to what ever the reason was to resign, you always have good scope to join other company. Try and look out for a new job, where u can work freely.
Dont decide things in haste. What you feel better would always be right ............
